Here we go! Brandi and I talked about pony armor (since I brought up royal guards). We thought it would be fun to design our own kind of armor.

Hers is sci-fi like, almost from outer space, that originally came from a laser tag idea.

I just wanted it to look nice on Rachel. Originally I wanted to do bronze but it came out more like a light gold. And then I wanted padding on the legs instead of armor to make it more flight-friendly.

It was fun to do this.

We should do more…

That’s still work they are profiting from. Reproduction rights are being abused. talk to a lawyer about it because you could seriously have a shot at suing them for unlawful theft of your work.

What prost said dude, you should at least contact them and say an equivalent of “Hey um I drew that discord, it was colored by someone else and you don’t have the right to use it. I would appreciate it if you removed it from your advertisements.” and site that it’s happened once before. If that goes no where threaten a suit, or hell bring up monetary compensation. Chances are after that they’ll just take him down to avoid any problems

and I think I sent at LEAST one other e-mail, took this to twitter a few times, DA, and sent notes to few people who worked on the show to ask for advice on the situation. I got nothing back

But I didn’t/don’t want it taken down, is the thing. I was neither offended, or upset that they did such a thing. I just wanted to be acknowledged, like, “Hey, did you know this isn’t art that’s not yours? Just lil’ ol’ me drew it”. Everything else I didn’t cover, just look at my other posts.

Paper stars are just folded strips of paper but they say each one grants a wish.

So, I go to school several hundred miles away from where I live, and every time I go on break I have to travel 8 hours to get back home. so I ride a gray hound buss half way and my parents meat me in the middle.

This may not seem all that bad till you realize that Grayhound (at least in the mid-west) is crap for keeping a schedule,

the first time I went home: the buss was 3 hours late, I waited at a gas station with only a Ipod with no way to know when the buss would get there. ans to top it off when the buss did get there I had to convince some people to stay be hind and let me on instead because there was not enough seats, despite the fact I bought my ticket 3 weeks earlier online. The return buss back to school was 45 minutes late.

the next time was the same situation except this time it was a hour and a half late and everyone was able to find a seat. the return buss was 55 minutes late.

3ed time: phew only 40 minutes late return buss 1 hour late.

4th the buss was 30 minutes late but the return buss was canceled, thing was they didn’t tell us that till 40 minutes after the bus should of arrived.

this last time the buss was 45 minutes late but get this, the return buss was 20 minutes EARLY! and we left BEFORE the scheduled leave time. I feel sorry for anyone who arrived ontime expecting to have to wait 30 minutes and missed the buss.

I FAILED! no really it was terrible.

Anyone care to give me advice on creating characters?

1) copy all the coolest character traits from your favourite dark angsty video game/movie characters
2) have Princess Luna be in love with him
3) make him an alicorn, but either give him robot wings or a broken horn to get around the no alicorn OC rule!
4) choose whether he lives in exile in the arctic north, or if his whole family was killed when he was young and he swore revenge. or both, if you want him to be extra extra cool
5) black is a cool colour. so is red. dark grey is okay, but not as cool as black. another trick is to get a plain, dull colour for his body, and then have a bright stripy mane in a completely different colour.

No no no. They need to have some kind of internal conflict with a demon or something going on. Bonus points if you toss in dragon-like attributes on to the character and make them the last of their kind. People eat that lone survivor shit up. Lastly, you have to make them completely against the concept of partnership and friendship as a whole. They have to be stupidly powerful too, but the lone wolf thing MUST be present.

Oh, and they have to be a source of strangely out of character wisdom at the most inappropriate of times, people love it when you dump your awsome life lessons in form the voice of your charater.
